2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., based in San Francisco, California, USA. On every request, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested and browser used) in order to ensure the technical operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website). Log files are deleted automatically after [RETENTION PERIOD — to be confirmed with Cloudflare].

[TO VERIFY: as Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company, the legal basis for the transfer to a third country (data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) must be stated specifically here. Wording to be confirmed with a lawyer.]

3. Fonts

This website loads the Inter typeface locally. No connection is made to servers operated by Google or any other third party in order to load fonts, and no data is transmitted to third parties in doing so.

4. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or phone, the details you provide (your sender address or phone number and the content of your message) are stored in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiry in the context of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). This website does not use a contact form — enquiries go through your own email or phone application.

The WhatsApp button on this website is a plain link (wa.me). No WhatsApp content is embedded in this page, and simply visiting the page transmits no data to WhatsApp. Only when you actively click the link does WhatsApp open, and the communication then takes place via WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) under their terms. Please do not use this channel for confidential information.

5. Appointment booking (Cal.com)

The home page embeds a booking calendar provided by Cal.com, Inc. (USA), through which you can arrange a consultation appointment. On screens from approximately 900 pixels wide, this calendar is embedded directly into the page; in that case a connection to Cal.com's servers is established when the page loads, and your IP address and technical browser data are transmitted to Cal.com. On narrower screens only a link is shown instead, and no transmission takes place until you click it. If you book an appointment, Cal.com processes the data you enter (including name, email address and preferred time).

6. Cookies and analytics tools

This website itself sets no cookies and embeds no analytics or tracking services. The booking calendar described in section 5 may set its own cookies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
